Rules of the Park

1. Everyone is welcome at Heaven Skates regardless of race or religion. However please know that we are a Christian skate park and expect everyone to follow our rules.
2. You must have a waiver signed by your parents on file to skate. If you are over 18 you can sign your own waiver.
3. All skaters must have a helmet on and securely buckled at all times while skating.
4. No foul language or gestures allowed.
5. No throwing your board or beating it up.
6. Bad attitudes will be sent home immediately with no exceptions.
7. No spectators will be allowed in the skate park. Spectators must stay in the office or on our observation deck.
8. No MP3 players, iPods or any music playing devices allowed.
9. Our staff has the right to remove you from the skate park with no refund.
10. The park has 24-hour video surveillance for your safety and ours. Anyone entering the park when it is closed will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
